With Memorial Day right around the corner, I’m sure plenty of you guys have cookouts coming up, right?! What if I gave you a clean eating, fix approved, filled with flavor menu for your next cookout whether it’s indoor or outdoor?! You will not be disappointed!!
Prep Time: 5 minutes, Cooking Time: 12 minutes
Makes 2 servings
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
- Sea salt
- Black pepper
- 2 lean ground meat burgers
- 2 slices of turkey bacon
- 2 cups spinach
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes
- 1/4 cup feta cheese
- 2 ears of corn
- Extra virgin olive oil (2 teaspoons)
- Balsamic vinegar
Sprinkle some onion powder, garlic powder, sea salt and black pepper on both sides of the burger and set it aside while your grill heats up.
In the meantime, all the veggies can be measured and placed in a bowl.
I then placed the burgers on the grill for a total of 12 minutes (6 minutes on each side)
I also cooked my turkey bacon at this time as well (approx 10 minutes total)
Time to assemble it all and MANGIA!!
(I added some tomatoes from the salad to my burger, but you don’t have to!)
